- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and online inquiries
- Maintain an organized record of calls and appointments in our customer management system
- Provide accurate information about the insurance services we offer to prospective clients
- Answer basic queries from potential clients and provide excellent customer service during interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to closing sales
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales/marketing is a plus
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a virtual environment
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone demeanor
- Proficient in using CRM software and other productivity tools to manage contacts and appointments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
