The operator must adhere to all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations, promptly reporting any issues, violations, or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Store, retrieve, mix, and monitor chemicals during production.
- Accurately record and input data, including ingredient measurements, weights, and temperatures.
- Identify and resolve issues with production equipment and processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety and quality regulations.
- Report any accidents, safety violations, or concerns in a timely manner.
- Contribute to planning and enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, and wearing protective gear.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education or experience in a related field may be required).
- Forklift operation experience may be preferred or required.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards, including wearing protective equipment as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
