Position: Snow Removal Crew Member
Location: Hadley, MA.
Required:
- Ability to take direction well.
- Positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to work outdoors for long hours in inclement weather conditions including (snowy weather and extreme heat.)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field.
- Previous leadership and or managerial experience.
- Passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.
- Knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping equipment.
- DOT Medical card or CDL.
- Experience trailering and or plowing.

During the rest of the regular season (April-December we use a Pay for Performance Model. This is a system of compensation that ties work production rates and efficiency directly to take-home wages. This allows our employees to earn well above the industry standard average wage with added bonuses. The average take home pay for entry level team members is $24.00 per hour. This is before additional various possible bonuses and incentives.
- Responsibilities:
- Operate snow plows, salt spreaders, and other winter maintenance equipment
- Clear snow and ice from streets, parking lots, and sidewalks
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure timely response
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to the maintenance team
- Work independently or with a team to meet safety and quality standards
- Be available on-call during snowfall or inclement weather

On Call Snow Removal Position to start as soon as possible. Full time & part time positions to Start between March 1st and April 1st.
Seasonal Employment from March 15h-December 15th.
Off-season (December 15th-March 15th) duties include:
- Snow Removal
- Administrative Tasks
- Business Development
- Construction & General Maintenance
