Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Landscaper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping tasks, including trimming, planting, and other related duties. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fertilize, and overseed lawns as needed.
- Identify and treat common lawn diseases.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Mulch, edge, and weed flower beds and gardens.
- Prune and trim trees, bushes, and shrubs according to industry best practices.
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping, including experience with a variety of landscaping tasks.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience operating various types of landscaping equipment(blowers, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required).
