- Manage 75 mid-sized customers, delivering exceptional service and driving consistent revenue expansion opportunities.
Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct business discovery calls to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Drive deals through the sales pipeline, providing value to customers in each interaction.
- Develop customized proposals that address customer challenges.
- Solve quality, inventory, or timeline issues promptly and effectively.
- Oriented towards high integrity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales principles and excellent customer experience delivery.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant sales role, consistently exceeding sales quota or demonstrating high achievement in school or other relevant experiences.
