Key Responsibilities
- Build knowledge of our products and Sustainability Framework to assist customers with their needs
- Provide excellent customer service via emails, phone, and chat
- In-person: Welcome customers warmly, assist with pick-up orders, and provide an amazing experience
- Email: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Phone: Be a friendly and knowledgeable voice to customers, assist with questions, and transfer calls to other team members
- Process customer orders and cancellations
- Track customer feedback regarding product quality and order process
