The Role
We're seeking a friendly and knowledgeable team member to welcome our customers to EcoEnclose. As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our company and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build knowledge of our company, products, and Sustainability Framework to provide expert advice to customers
- Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, chat, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with order fulfillment, returns, and other issues
- Keep track of customer feedback and use it to improve our product offerings and services
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with G-suite products and ticketing systems
- Comfortable navigating technical issues and finding solutions
- Professional and positive attitude when working with customers and team members
- B2B customer success experience
- Shipping experience with UPS and USPS in an eCommerce context
