Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with G-suite products and ticketing systems
- Comfortable navigating complex situations and resolving issues efficiently
- B2B customer success experience
- Shipping experience with UPS and USPS in an eCommerce context
