We're now looking for an associate-middle level Channel Marketing Specialist, this position is a full-time, independent contributor role, home office, with 50% travel frequency position.
NOTICE: Based in Texas is a MUST.
Your challenges:
- Be responsible for the marketing work of EcoFlow key accounts (KA) in channels, including but not limited to formulating market promotion plans, managing budgets, and matching resources to achieve channel marketing goals. For example, if targeting a major retail chain as a channel partner, plan and execute promotional campaigns during peak sales seasons.
- According to the regional development strategy, analyze channel marketing data and sales data. Use this data to plan and coordinate internal and external resources for brand and product promotion in the US market, and follow up on the implementation of brand - side marketing activities.
- Based on data analysis, identify problems and opportunities, improve key operational indicators, and propose large - scale marketing solutions. If the data shows a decline in sales in a particular product line in a certain region, find out the reasons through further analysis and come up with solutions like adjusting the marketing message or changing the distribution channels.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to establish and maintain customer relationships, and strive for more marketing and sales resources within the channel. This could involve regular meetings with channel partners to understand their needs and work together on joint marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute channel marketing campaigns with channel partners.
- Activities include but are not limited to promotions, advertising, and roadshows. For example, work with a technology distributor to organize EcoFlow product roadshow in multiple cities to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
- Ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the overall brand strategy and goals, and effectively communicate the brand message through various channels.
Your profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field or equivalent
- At least 3 years of overseas market promotion, market planning, or related experience.
- Good communication skills, collaboration skills, problem - solving skills, strong analytical skills, and learning ability, and be able to adapt to a fast - paced and diverse work environment.
- Be willing to accept business travel or expatriate assignments (as required by the job).
- Knowledge of the process and creation of merchandising solutions in-store and online
- Understanding of the channel, the technology ecosystem, and working knowledge of the fundamentals of technology preferred.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Negotiation skills.
- Organization and priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, extra language fluency will be a plus.
