Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership as the Executive leader of EcoGEM’s Remediation Market business.
- Develop and manage lead generation and business development efforts to expand our presence in soil and water remediation markets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with EcoGEM business partners, prospects, and clients.
- Establish distributor and direct sales networks to deliver customer value and achieve sustained growth.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to continually enhance products that meet market needs and advance sustainability.
- Define and execute business strategies, maximize growth potential, and evaluate current performance.
- Recruit, manage, and inspire commercial sales teams to achieve their full potential.
- Drive the creation of educational and technical materials to support sales and educate customers in remediation.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the soil and water remediation industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales and partnerships, and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. Key Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the soil or water remediation industry.
- Strong understanding of remediation technologies (e.g., bioremediation, soil washing, groundwater treatment) and environmental regulations.
- Proven track record of developing and closing deals, establishing partnerships, and meeting revenue targets.
