Ecolab’s Pharma and Personal Care business is seeking a commercially driven professional to lead our divisional Sales Effectiveness initiatives. This key role will drive the development and implementation of enhanced sales processes, foster collaboration across functions, and champion the advancement of sales intelligence. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, deliver critical guidance to functional and sales leaders, and play an instrumental role in supporting high-stakes customer meetings and managing day-to-day interactions with distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the North America implementation of global sales methodologies and create tailored regional programs that optimize sales performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, commercial solutions, and finance to design sustainable, high-impact sales processes that maximize the effectiveness of both sales and support teams.
- Serve as the commercial lead for the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Oversee product lifecycle management.
- Act as the primary daily contact for both existing and new distribution partners.
- Drive the measurement and evaluation of sales process effectiveness and innovation, utilizing comprehensive analytics to assess business impact.
- Spearhead change management initiatives to adapt to the evolving needs of our commercial organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven success in sales, sales operations, or marketing.
- A track record of driving commercial outcomes, either directly or through indirect influence.
- Strong commitment to fostering a "Beginner’s Mindset," continuously seeking innovative solutions and learning opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver results both internally and with external customers.
- Demonstrated drive for results, a deep focus on customer experience, and the ability to solve complex problems while building cross-functional partnerships.
- Expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and prioritizing competing demands while adhering to budget constraints.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM systems and the ability to manage, analyze and communicate the data insights, driving sales enablement, performance tracking and strategic planning
- Ability to build Excel models leveraging a variety of data sources for sales performance basic analysis to drive actions & changes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience in marketing or sales within a global organization.
- Proven success managing change management initiatives, across-geography and cross-functional teams and multiple languages
- Expertise in multi-channel “go-to-market” strategies.
- Experience using business intelligence tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc…) to build sales performance models and perform basic analysis to drive actions & changes
- Experience managing & analyzing ERP data to drive commercial insights
- Experience articulating business requirements into a digital “language” for commercial solutions prioritization and implementation

Salary : $94,100 - $141,100
