What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Planner / Planner - Supply Chain position at Ecolab?
We are seeking an Associate Planner to join our Production & Raw material planning team at the Ellwood City Plant. As an Associate Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely production of orders and the procurement of raw materials to meet customer delivery schedules and maintain safety stock levels. Your focus will be on promoting teamwork, integrity, and upholding our core values of reliability, trust.
Responsibilities :
- Planning production orders and raw materials to support on-time delivery to customers and maintain safety stock levels.
- Participating in daily planning meetings and assigning priorities to production planning tasks.
- Reviewing open order reports and ensuring production plan supports on time delivery to customers.
- Updating production schedule based on vessels and production status and liaising with the Production team on the status of Process Orders.
- Working cross-functionally with production, logistics, quality and maintenance to ensure issues are addressed to support schedule adherence.
- Review and approve invoices for raw material orders

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
