We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the highest growth channels for the Wipes and Environmental Hygiene business. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing short-term, annual, and multi-year business plans to achieve sales targets. They will also own and drive Mega wipes projects, manage direct reports, identify portfolio gaps, and collaborate with partners to drive Ecolab sales.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of professional experience or an MBA in Marketing with 5 years of experience. They should be able to work independently, navigate a matrix organization, and demonstrate initiative and leadership skills. Previous experience in the healthcare space and people management experience are highly valued.
