Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing experience. Previous experience with machine operation is preferred. The individual should be able to use small hand tools for minor adjustments and possess basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages and decimals. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds is also required.

- Operating equipment such as filler, sleeve labeler, cappers and tape machine
- Adjusting equipment to meet specifications
- Sampling and maintaining a clean work environment
- Documenting activities that measure quality and productivity
- Assisting with line changeover
- Maintaining a safe and organized work area
