We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our North America Supply Chain Team. This position will be full-time on-site HR for our Greensboro site. Responsibilities include leading and executing strategic and tactical talent priorities that deliver an engaging, high performance work environment including, but not limited to staffing, compensation administration, associate engagement, talent development, performance management, employee, and labor relations.

Minimum Qualifications
The pay range for this position is $83,600.00 - $125,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

- Serve as a resource to both managers and associates by providing policy and procedure interpretation.
- Drive development of new policies and procedures as necessary to support the business.
- Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all employment laws.
- Work in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the organization’s recruiting needs are handled effectively.
- Provide HR related data and reporting to leaders in order to promote data driven decision making and strategy development.
- Lead and participate in business and human resource projects.
- Facilitate the coordination, implementation and evaluation of DE&I events, communication, initiatives, and partnerships to the DE&I Onsite Committee.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or other related area
- 5 years of human resource experience, with an emphasis in HR Generalist experience
- Proficiency in Workday or similar system and Microsoft Office applications
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
- MBA or MA Human Resources or Industrial Relations
- Previous onsite Supply Chain HR experience
- Customer-service focused
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Strong organizational, time and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Demonstrated desire and ability to coach, develop and train managers and other HR associates.
