What You Will Do : Manage a Sr. Marketing Associate, working together to support global sales growth, profitability, and innovation strategy within a $40M portfolio targeting 2x sales in 5 years, within a $1B market.Own, manage and develop a full portfolio of compelling solutions to achieve sales and profit targets.Lead new product development and launches including target customer selection, value proposition development and pricing, and training and educational tools.Lead a global cross-functional team, ensuring alignment to segment priorities, to deliver project and business results.Develop in-depth customer, competitive, and market knowledge. Communicate business insights, market needs and opportunities to develop short-term and long-term new product development strategies.Drive Best-in-Class strategy with our Personal Care customers, collaborating across Ecolab to accelerate TVD and best-in-class sell.Work closely with Corporate Account and Field Sales teams to develop and implement customer-specific strategies.Collaborate with regional marketing teams to drive global innovation and execution.Assist in developing sales and customer training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needs.Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree.8 years of professional experience or MBA in Marketing with 5 years of experience.Immigration sponsorship not available for this position.Preferred Qualifications : Successful track record of leadership and accountability in a matrix organization.Business-to-business marketing experience, preferably in the manufacturing space.Background in building and implementing a marketing strategy on a global scale.Strong organizational and project management skills.Experience leading teams comprised of cross-functional team members over which the individual has no direct reporting relationship.Ability to navigate complex matrix organization to include and influence key stakeholders in various functions and regions.Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.Effective oral and written communication skills, good attention to detail, and well-developed leadership qualities.Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills; setting vision and strategy, planning, critical thinking, orchestrating cross-functionally, overseeing multiple project elements and proven track record of results.Annual or Hourly Compensation RangeThe base salary range for this position is $130,100.00 - $195,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
