Technical Support Specialist
Ecolab Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to partner with our customers in delivering comprehensive solutions and technical expertise to ensure product quality and safety in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
This specialist will provide technical support for customer-related issues, calibrate, troubleshoot, inspect, and service all Bioquell equipment. The key responsibilities include:
- Performing service, warranty work, training, and validation as needed for customers
- Supporting sales teams with customer quotes and technical questions
