We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Manager who can step into this growing ($15M - $20M annual) role and make an immediate impact on our current processes. To be successful in this role you must be able to lead through a diligent work ethic, knowledge of generally accepted order fulfillment practices and processes, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. You must be an excellent communicator and you must be proactive, a self-starter and be able to thrive within a fast-paced environment.
The Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for processing and managing sales orders and invoicing for the company. This includes verifying and reconciling sales orders, ensuring accuracy of data, and communicating with domestic and international customers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders within our Sage 300 platform.
- Verify and reconcile sales orders to ensure accuracy of data.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies and finalize sales orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and tracking number of shipments.
- Process credit card payments and communicate with customer if card declined.
- Communicate with international customers with order processing for import/export data.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders and payments.
- Lead month-end closing and reporting of sales orders and payments.
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed.[Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Sage 300 accounting software is a plus
Physical Demands: This job may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as some light lifting (up to 25 pounds).
Work Environment: This job is typically performed in an office setting, with standard office equipment and noise levels.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
