Job Title: Machine Operator
Duration: 6 Months (High possibility for temp to perm)

Workdays/Hours: 7am to 330pm M-F

Job Description: Needle Bending Operator

Essential Job Functions
Operates various operation equipment related to needle bending.
Visually inspect parts.
Completion of required daily documentation.
Assure good housekeeping and workstation is clean.
Maintaining all safety and employee policies and reporting any concerns to management.

Skills and Abilities
Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required to meet customer demand
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow procedures.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
Experience operating a variety of small hand tools.

Physical Requirements
It is a manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position, including sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time. The employee is expected to perform repetitive actions that include bending, kneeling, or crouching, reach, push, and/or pull objects. The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with support. The employee will be required to communicate with others and work in a noisy environment. Client will provide any reasonable accommodation for the forementioned physical requirements.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
