This position requires at least 1 year of continuous (same employer) experience in a similar role in a leadership or independent capacity. If not, you may be considered for the Lead Tech (partner to the Lead) or entry-level Team Lead, with the opportunity to advance with demonstrated skill and reliability. Success measures are clearly communicated and dedicated training is available.
