Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a self-starter to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and delivering excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a passion for organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner.

• Returns Processing (RMA): Handle returns efficiently, ensuring items are processed and accounted for properly.

• Product Preparation: Clean and recondition boxes for resale to maintain quality standards.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, performing regular cleaning and upkeep tasks.

• Leadership and Initiative: Take charge when needed, lead by example, and go above and beyond expectations to drive success.

• Problem-Solving: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processes.

• Additional Duties: Support all other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift and carry items (up to 50 lbs).

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to step into a leadership role when needed.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must have computer knowledge on how to use ERP systems.
