About the position:

We are looking for someone who can plan and operate e-commerce sales to ensure that our exceptional products are appealing to North America customers. We are looking for experienced talents who can handle the A to Z of the business, including new product launch sales, promotion planning and execution, and marketing results analysis, in accordance with business goals. We are looking for people who can translate brand value into solid results through e-commerce channel operations and planning practices.


Requirements:

-MUST be able to fluently speak Korean at a business level (writing and speaking)

-5 years of experience

-Experience managing revenue/ performance for global-facing e-commerce channels.

-Experience driving tangible results through product and seasonal promotions/ CRM planning and execution.

-Good at multitasking and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

-Data handling skills to make logical and persuasive plans/ proposals.

-Able to work collaboratively with diverse team members and proficient in text communication.

-Able to self-discover problems and take proactive action to solve them.

-Experience running a Shopify- based e-commerce store.

-Experience in in-house D2C for fashion/ consumer good brands.

-Good understanding of fashion/ living/ childcare marketing and customer.

-Must be willing to work East Coast hours


What you will do:

-Responsible for NA content strategy and calendar across the site for home/ landing pages, banners, and email, keeping the company’s goals in mind.

-Daily cross functional communication with global ecommerce tam members ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.

-Collaborate with local NA team members to increase visibility, share valuable data, and create common goals.

-Give input on, and maintain, ecommerce P&L.

-Responsible for delivering programs on time and within budget programs, without undercutting prices.

-Manage online inventory levels and sell through to ensure we have the stock to do the projected planned volume.

-Responsible for sales forecasting and management of KPI’s.

-Oversee product set up and product life cycles, in conjunction with the NA Regional Manager and Global Platform Team.

-Own campaign development, including but not limited to, partnering with design team to develop creative in accordance with brand guidelines, implement A/B testing, and management sign off.

-Provide analysis and reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and year basis and be able to provide recommendations to improve onsite results and increase site visibility.

-Ensure website is merchandised correctly with appropriate presentation of all category and product pages.

-Ensure product detail information accuracy, including copywriting, image selection, and pricing.

-Review touch points to identify opportunities for sales growth, including bestsellers, category traffic, top product views, abandonment, etc.

-Partner with Performance Marketing Manager to ensure traffic to the site is optimized.

Salary : $110 - $120
