Job Description: Construction Project Manager
Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to provide supportive services for our government client. This position is on-site.
The ECOMPEX career position supports the following:
- Perform daily inspection and project management services for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects.
- Coordinate pre-final and final inspections and assist in punch lists development.
- Review “Requests for Information” (RFI) from the contractor and draft potential responses.
- Prepare and maintain contractual and financial documentation, specifications, cost estimates, field notes, and inspection records.
- Perform limited technical design to produce drawings, specifications and/or statements of work for construction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a Tier 1 government background investigation.
- Must have 4-5 years’ experience with construction management or civil engineering.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
- Must have experience preparing and reviewing technical designs/drawings for construction.
- Must have experience with SRM and MILCON projects.

Travel Expectations: Travel is not required for this position.
