Job Description: Mental Wellness Coordinator
Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Mental Wellness Coordinator to provide supportive services for our government client. This position is on-site.
The ECOMPEX career position supports the following:
- Manage the operations of the wellness center, including scheduling classes, personnel, meetings, and appointments for training participants.
- Coordinate with community agencies that provide mental, physical, and social resilience programs to facilitate appropriate referrals.
- Maintain and update records related to education, interventions, and personnel fitness program management.
- Oversee fitness program activities and maintain related systems.
- Deliver briefings in support of resilience and readiness programs.
- Collect and maintain data for program effectiveness; prepare reports and presentations to convey trends and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Strong teaching and public speaking skills to provide guidance, counseling, training, and professional evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively.
- Proficiency in using personal computers and office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams.
- Experience with office automation software for document creation, web page management, portal development, graphics, tables, and experience editing and reformatting databases/spreadsheets.
