Job Description: Satellite Operations Training Specialist
Overview of the Position: ECOMPEX, Inc., a premiere Government Contract (Gov-Con) service provider, is seeking a Satellite Operations Training Specialist to provide supportive services for our government client. This position is on-site.
The ECOMPEX career position supports the following:
- Support professional development activities for Staff, instructors, and students to include scheduling training spaces, assisting with creating the schedule, sending notification and communication emails, coordinating with outside entities, collecting and compiling attendance sheets, and updating records.
- Compile metrics into a report for such items as student throughput, availability of facilities, and academic courses to assist in decision making processes.
- Assist with gathering and compiling student/instructor feedback and after-action reports following each class or exercise.
- Train unit personnel on the applicability of the client's operational readiness system information to assist in training, readiness, and inspection reporting.
- Review, revise, or create courseware materials according to the outlined training task documents.
- Assist with communicating courseware changes via instruction, email, briefing, curriculum trackers, SharePoint, and Microsoft (MS) TEAMS.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to successfully pass a Tier 1 government background investigation.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Satellite Communications (SATCOM) space operations, cyber, or military communications.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in training coordination, curriculum development, or military education support.
- Prior experience supporting military training programs, space operations, or SATCOM-related missions is strongly preferred.
- Must be proficient with SharePoint, MS Suite, and MS TEAMS.

Travel Expectations: Travel is required for this position.
