Job Summary
The Assistant Area Manager works in conjunction with the Area Manager with hiring, training, and daily operations within the Region. This position is responsible for traveling daily to shops within a designated area and assisting store management achieve sales & production goals. You will ensure that all locations meet company standards for performance, customer service, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will live in Central Florida (preferably Orange, Osceola, or Seminole County) and have reliable transportation to drive daily between locations. These are located in
Daytona, Fort Pierce, North Tampa, Kissimmee, Orlando, and Longwood.
Duties
- Manage daily operations across multiple locations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and operational performance in each location.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and support staff development.
- Oversee production processes for each location, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with Managers to optimize inventory management and stock levels.
- Facilitate interviewing and hiring processes to build a strong team across all locations.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to foster a positive work environment and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams and customers.
