Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and invoicing as needed.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Support medical or dental receptionist duties as required, including patient check-ins and managing insurance information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management tasks and tools such as Google Suite is essential.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
