We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor to join our team at a vibrant hotel or resort. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
- Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing while ensuring confidentiality of guest information.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls or directing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in using computer systems related to hotel management; experience with reservation software is a plus.
