Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team in the hotel industry. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality of service. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to help drive business success while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the establishment.
- Filling in Shifts, Budgeting, Quality control, hiring, training new employees, and all business related big and small tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of management principles and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
