We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing all areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth operation within the facility.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A background in hospitality or customer service will be beneficial for this role.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
