## JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests.
## DUTIES
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and maintain common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, guest entryways
- Change linens and make beds
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Laundry duties and folding when needed.
## REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but motivated trainee will be considered.
- Knowledge of housekeeping time management practices
- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks including bathrooms, furniture, floor care and carpet cleaning
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests effectively
## JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available from 8:30AM to 4:30PM on work days.
- Ability to get to our property each work day.
- This is an hourly contract position. Some work days are shorter depending on occupancy but we offer extra hours when possible in laundry and auxiliary cleaning.
- Ability to push housekeeping cart up small inclines to service rooms
- Ability to take direction from supervisor
-Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to work in a timely manner and complete average rooms in 30 minutes.
## JOB AMENITIES
- All cleaning supplies, tools and uniform will be provided.
- Moderate workload of approximately 6 to 12 units per shift.
- TIPS go to the housekeepers.
- Bonuses provided from time to time for exceptional work.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
