Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. This role requires the ability to work independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for guests.
- Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist in other tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
