The Housekeeper will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing various cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care as needed to maintain the quality of surfaces.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist with laundry services and cooking when required, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for guests or residents.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and commercial cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and floor care procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required.
