Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly stored.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet client expectations.
- Sanitize surfaces and maintain hygiene standards throughout the premises.
- Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and guests.
- Ability to work independently.
