Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will ensure that all technical services are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Team Leadership - Manage and supervise all technicians, including hiring, onboarding, and if necessary, termination processes. Assign technicians to jobs based on their skill sets and availability. Develop and maintain on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 service coverage. Monitor technician equipment and inventory needs.
- Operational Oversight - Ensure all services meet company quality standards. Manage office and technical inventory to ensure adequate supplies and equipment. Utilize performance tracking tools to assess team efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication Management - Manage all incoming phone calls and voicemails ensuring prompt and professional responses. Conduct weekly staff meetings to align team objectives, share updates and address concerns. Facilitate open communication among team members to promote collaboration.
- Customer Relations and Service Quality - Handle collections and ensure timely payments from clients. Manage callbacks and warranty calls to address any service issues promptly. Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery.
