What the role is :
As an integral part of the Business Operations in the Registry, you will provide administrative support to help ensure that the functions within Registry run smoothly. You will ensure that investigation papers and requests are processed expeditiously, service level agreements with legal enforcement agencies are met, and operations are optimized. You will play an important role as the first point of contact for correspondences sent to the LOG Registry of the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC).
What you will be working on :
Your duties will include the following :
- Manage end-to-end Registry Operations work, which includes reviewing, assessing, assigning, and closing of Investigation Papers (IPs).
Managing and attending to Registry’s Generic mailboxes, including but not limited to, email enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Identify cases that require urgent attention or concurrence and ensure that such urgent requests are processed in a timely manner.
Drafting of reply to representation submissions by using the standard template.
