What are the responsibilities and job description for the CFJP Culinary Instructor/Nutrition Service position at Economic Opportunity Program, Inc.?
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Program Officer and VP Community & Donor Relations, this person is responsible for the assistance of nutrition services for Head Start and operation of the CFJP program and CFJP Bistro, closely adhering to Performance Standard services and regulations. This person will also provide instruction in culinary arts training within an experiential learning modality including orientation to the career area, training, and evaluation. This shall be accomplished through, but not limited to the following:
