What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter Helper position at Economy Coating Systems?
Must be able to:
- Prepare rail cars that have been abrasive blasted for interior and/or exterior coatings
- Operate, maintain, and clean painting equipment (airless pumps, mixing tools, etc)
- Mix coatings
- Assist painter in the application of coatings and touch up painting
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Heights up to 16 feet
- Perform touch up/repair by paint brush or roller
This position requires a high level of attention to detail. Bending, climbing, standing on inclined surfaces, and working off of ladders for extended periods of time.
Previous inspection and/or industrial painting and airless spraying experience a plus.
FULL TIME POSITIONS
- 1st Shift (6:00am –2:30pm) Monday – Friday
