Receptionist – Full Time – Mukilteo, WA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering calls on a multi-line phone system and directing calls appropriately.
- Taking detailed and accurate messages.
- Following up on items from phone calls.
- Professionally meet and greet customers that come to the front door.
- Enters, updates, and verifies data into various systems.
- Reviews and verifies data entered into database to ensure accuracy.
- Clean and maintain workspace, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with housekeeping, safety and company standards.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills.
- Sell Fences and Fencing Products.
- Good time management and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Foster positive communications and relationships with all employees and management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Actively assist with a variety of general administrative functions.
- Foster positive communications and relationships with clients.
- Maintain your personal computer equipment to a point that it is in good working order.
- Actively participate in meetings as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Additional Inside Sales duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in an office environment with receptionist, data/order entry or similar experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and written in English.
- Excellent customer service and phone communication skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of data and order entry common practices.
- Proficient typing abilities.
- Accurate alpha and numeric data entry skills.
- Basic to intermediate skill level in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently while following established policies and procedures.
- Honesty & High Integrity a must.
