Our client in Central Texas is seeking a Financial & Accounting Systems Lead to support their global business units during a multi-phase Oracle EBS (R12) ERP transformation. This role is pivotal in the Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE) and requires a hands-on subject matter expert in Oracle EBS financial modules and their integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial systems implementation and process transformation within Oracle EBS.
- Configure and optimize Oracle General Ledger, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, TCA, SLA, EB-Tax modules.
- Ensure successful EBS integrations with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Costing.
- Drive business workshops, document requirements, and manage system enhancements.
- Oversee system cutovers, data conversion, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial processes and compliance.
- Manage change adoption and ERP best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of functional experience with Oracle EBS Financials (R12).
- Expertise in multi-currency, intercompany transactions, and financial close processes.
- Experience in at least three full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations.
- Strong knowledge of AIM methodology, Waterfall, and Agile SDLC.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or IT-related field.
- Oracle EBS certification (preferred).
Nice to Have:
- CPA, CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or PMP certification.
