WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As a Construction Project Estimator, you'll start your day by sourcing bids and proposals from subcontractors and vendors, meticulously scrutinizing construction documentation, and conducting comprehensive research to determine material, labor, and equipment costs. You'll also make estimates for labor, material take-offs, and associated expenses, monitoring expenditures to ensure projects are within budget. Through effective communication with subcontractors and vendors, you'll cultivate positive relationships!

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ESTIMATOR?
- 3 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial and residential construction
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions correspondence, memos, blueprints, and floor plans
- Ability to read contracts, documents, and reports
- Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems
