We are a family owned and operated manufacturing business looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team! You will be responsible for customer interactions, including order processing, answering customer inquiries, and shipping documentation. In addition, the CSA will interact with manufacturing to help prioritize and organize order fulfillment and also provide support to the Customer Service Manager. Ecoological designs and manufactures proprietary products for the Automotive Aftermarket. Our customers include top retailers, automotive builders, and individual DIY auto enthusiasts
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and emails
- Processing orders from multiple sources
- Provide shipping documentation
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Manage contact database
- Proactive customer communications via email, phone calls
Qualifications:
- Good communication/customer service skills, including verbal and written
- Proficient with MS Outlook
- Knowledge of ERP's and CRM's
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
