Job Description: Are you ready to start a career in HVAC? Eco Performance Builders is seeking entry-level HVAC Installers to join our team, with a special focus on heat pump systems. Experience in HVAC or construction is a bonus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training on the job and offer after-hours training sessions at our shop twice a month for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
Entry-Level HVAC Installer:
- Assist with the removal of outdated HVAC equipment and ducting.
- Learn to install pre-engineered heat pump systems with ducting and boots.
- Gain experience in air balancing, leak testing, and system commissioning.
- Install ductwork, including cutting in new floor and ceiling boots.
- Collaborate in building attic platforms.
- Participate in the installation of heat pump equipment and refrigerant lines.
