EcoPro Pest Control is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Perform pest inspections and identify infestations, determining the most appropriate treatment methods

- Apply approved pesticides and treatments to eliminate pests, while ensuring the safety of customers, the environment, and yourself

- Communicate with customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance on pest prevention measures

- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatment plans, materials used, and customer interactions

- Monitor and report pest activity trends to help improve our pest control strategies

- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times

- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and achieve company goals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid pest control technician license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe

- Prior experience in pest control or related field is preferred

- Knowledge of common pests, their habits, and treatment methods

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping abilities

- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and perform tasks in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
