What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL Driver position at Ecore International?
Ecore is looking for a new drop & hook CDL Driver to join our Caddo Mills, TX team! This is an exciting opportunity within our company as we expand our transportation team. We are eager to welcome new drivers to join us in this endeavor.
OTR CDL Driver Pay: $0.541/mile $25 overnight per diem
Schedule: Overnight 1-3 nights per week, mostly home on weekends.
Core Contributions:
Transportation
Drop & hook – from our plant in Greenville, TX to various locations and back
Compliance and Safety:
Comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations for the safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle
Utilize ELD system for daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Documentation and Verification:
Verify inspections, licenses, etc.
Essential Experiences:
High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant work experience
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
2 years of on the road tractor trailer driving experience is required
Must meet or exceed the medical standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation
Driver Perks:
You will have your own, well maintained, truck (no slip seat)
Trucks are automatic with sleepers
Company covers cost to maintain your CDL and medical certification
Salary : $25
