What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Maintenance Team Lead, 2nd Shift position at Ecore International?
We are looking for a new Maintenance Team Lead for our 2nd Shift. You will work with our mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment and assists the maintenance team. The Team Lead is responsible for performing electrical and mechanical installations, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment with additional duties to assist the Department Supervisor. You will provide oversight and assistance for the department and employees during times when the supervisor is unavailable and during off-shift times.
Maintenance Team Lead Salary Range: $30.00 - $37.00/hour, depending on experience, plus $2.00/hour shift differentialSchedule: Monday - Friday with occassional overtime on Saturdays
Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Conduct safety meetings on a regular basis to keep safety at the forefront of everyone's mind. Ensure clean and organized work areas during and at the end of each shift.
Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to maintenance team.
Ensure production meets scheduling requirements.
Work with the department supervisor to coordinate and maintain daily maintenance preventative maintenance and planned work schedules.
Ensure the team has all materials available to meet daily production needs.
Assist Maintenance and Purchasing teams to identify parts needed to complete repairs. Order needed parts and supplies to minimize the impact of downtime on production equipment. Assist in maintaining proper spare parts inventory.
Provide Technical support for Maintenance staff to resolve any Maintenance related issues.
Essential Experiences:
5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience using computer systems for data tracking, ordering parts, and tracking time and attendance
Salary : $30 - $37
