Ecore is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician, 1st Shift to bring electrical expertise to our Lancaster, PA Electro-Mechanic team. We have a mature preventative maintenance schedule that minimizes unexpected downtime, but always looking for better ways to do things. Your innovative mindset and hands-on expertise will be invaluable in enhancing our operations.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 6:30am - 3:00 PM
Pay Range: $27.00 - $37.00/hour, based on experience

Core Contributions:

- You'll bring your strong electrical experiences to round out the team's electrical and mechanical projects.
- In our manufacturing plants, you'll be working on our machines that produce sports flooring and all of the supporting pieces of equipment that our employees use in their daily jobs.
- Work with things such as NC and CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro and mechanical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform regular and preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected downtime.
- Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best adjustment or repair.
- Collaborate closely with Machine Operators to understand machine issues and leverage their knowledge to find solutions.
- 4 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and machine shop tools
- Associate's degree in Electromechanics or an apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance is helpful
- 2 years of experience working with control wiring (120/240/480 volts)
- A valid driver's license and the capability to operate a box truck or flatbed with either a manual or automatic transmission
