What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Team Lead position at Ecore International?
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Team Lead to promote a culture of safety, quality, and engagement in our team. You will coordinate daily production schedules, train operators in the use of our ERP system, and coordinate training.2nd Shift: Monday through FridayHours: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PMTeam Lead Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experienceCore Contributions:
Assist with the supervision of daily work performance for employees including providing coordination, direction, and training in the work.
Address and coach through disciplinary issues. Escalate to Production Supervisor when needed.
Create schedules to meet hiring needs.
Perform product inspections on a regular basis and audit daily activities against standard operating procedures (SOP).
Ensure overall safety; ensure employees follow proper safety procedures in the completion of daily tasks including operation of powered industrial equipment.
Train new employees in the general operations of the department; ensure employees complete job training and assist in on-going training and support.
Conduct inspections, troubleshoot and supervise the repair of mechanical issues with equipment.
Essential Experiences:
High School diploma / GED OR 4 years of manufacturing experience
1 years of experience in manufacturing
Experience using Microsoft Office suite; ERP experience preferred
Salary : $21 - $25
