What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mixer Operator, 2nd Shift position at Ecore International?
Ecore is looking for a Mixing Machine Operator to join their Barberton, OH team! You will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.
Shift: 2nd shift (Standard Hours are Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm-1:30am) Pay: $20/hour or more depending on experience
Core Essentials:
Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe
Set-up your machine at the start of each shift
Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures
Audit products to ensure high quality
Participate in regular training and cross-train others
Essential Experiences:
High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experience
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
Strong work ethic and ability to follow written and verbal directions
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
This is a union represented position subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Salary : $20
