We are looking for a new Quality Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and driving continuous improvement across our operations.
Location: can be based in either Lancaster, PA or York, PA facility (715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster or 76 Acco Drive, York)

Core Contributions:
- Lead Quality Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee quality policies, procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure superior finished products.
- Inspire the Team: Manage and coach the Quality team, foster training programs, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the plants.
- Drive Process Improvements: Direct changes, validate processes, and enhance plant documentation to adapt to evolving product and process needs.
- Ensure Compliance: Manage ISO programs, conduct strategic vendor audits, and uphold regulatory quality standards (ISO, GMPs, SPC).
- Champion Problem Solving: Investigate customer complaints, lead corrective actions, and support data-driven decisions to reduce defects and improve products.
- Collaborate for Excellence: Establish and lead a Quality Committee to communicate key goals and trends to senior management.
- Travel: Approximately 20% domestic travel to conduct audits, team meetings, customer meetings, and vendor evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent experience
- Leadership Experience: 5 years in Quality Assurance management, preferably within manufacturing
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of quality tools and frameworks such as ISO standards, Six Sigma, GMPs, and SPC
- Preferred Skills: Six Sigma Black Belt certification and experience with Lean Manufacturing are strong advantages
